He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy W. Tworek and Arlyn M. Tworek (Willet); his siblings, Michelle Guigear and Dale Tworek; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Jayden and Clayton.
He is survived by: his former wife Patti Tworek; his children, Ryan Tworek (Morgan), Craig Stepaniak (Victoria), Cynthia Mead (Drew) and Randy Stepaniak (Crysta); his grandchildren, Konar, Kandice, Maverick, Taya, Jackson (Breanna), Zoey, Joei, Maddie, Cloey, Weston and Emaleigh; and his siblings, Rhonda Jenner (John) and Paul Tworek (Edie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
