He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Jeremiah (Sarah), Blaine (Rachel), Kyle (Aeriel), Tara and Devin (Marissa); his grandchildren, Jackson, Delaney, Maya, Azaelea, Anthony, Jeremy, Jordan, Jaythan, Sean, Riley and Autumn; and his siblings, Connie, Linda and Ken. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
