She was predeceased by: her parents, Abby Heichel and Blaine Heichel; her husband Bill; and her brother David Heichel. She is survived by: her sons, Tony and Billy Welch (Kim); her grandchildren, Matt (Bri) and Parker Welch; and her brother Blaine Heichel, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Judy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
