He was predeceased by: his parents, John McAfee and Catherine McAfee (Kulczynski); and his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his brother John McAfee (Jean) of Cheboygan, Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Jerry's name to any Humane Society or Shelter or the charity of one's choice.
