He is survived by: his mother Patsy Swindale of Colorado Springs, CO; his wife LaWanna (Rhode) of Roscommon, MI; his son Jeffrey Jr. (Sara) of Roscommon, MI; his grandchildren, Topanga, Braedan, Alyssa, Richie and Crimsun; his sons, Elijah and Brian (Kendra) of Houghton Lake, MI; his grandchild Brantley; his son Jamie of Houghton Lake, MI; his grandchildren, Broc and Garion; and his siblings, Jeff, Debra Packer (Jerry) of Idaho Falls, ID, Cindy Batchelder (Barrie) of Petoskey, MI, Mike Nelson (Jackie) of Idaho Falls, ID and Jodi Sandoval (Wayne) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by three sons, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
