He is survived by: his wife Shari Mathis of Roscommon; his daughter Kristi Sidelko (Wally) of Prudenville; his stepson Rob Mathis of Roscommon; his grandchildren, Bailey Decker, Brock Decker and Cameron Sidelko; and his sisters, Georgia Hatch of Atlanta and Glenda VanVleck (Sonny) of Winlock, Washington..
