She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Ford and Donna Ford (Case). She is survived by: her husband C. David Church; her children, Judy Meiklejohn (Kirk), Jeanne Brown and David Church (Barbara); her grandchildren, Danny, Jessica, Kelley, Shannon, Cameron and Erynn; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Conrad and Ellison; and her sister Margie Harris (Gordon). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
