He is survived by: his parents, Gary Kelly and Betty Kelly; his brother Gene Kelly; his sons, Garret Kelly (Melissa) and Gregg Kelly; his grandchildren, Garret, Jr. and Charlotte; and his friend Lori. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
