She is survived by: her husband Anthony Kowalski; her daughter Joni Kowalski of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; her daughters-in-law, Toni Kowalski, Kathy Karchefski and Trudy Shawver; her grandchildren, Aaron, Tina (Tim), Kimberly, Patti (Roland), Joey (Bonnie), Charlotte (Tommy), Stevie Joe, Christopher, Tony, John (Marisa), Jewell, Rob (Nina), Mikey and Marisa; her great grandchildren, Dawson, Adrianna, Alyssa, Travis, Bryce, Alexis, Amanda, Tommy, Gavin, Jayden, Audrey, Olivia, Silas, Josiah, Tobias, Boaz and Indie; and her siblings, Linda Steffes, Patsy Strayhorn, Sharon Spicer and Jerone Spicer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Dee's name to Munson Home Health Hospice.
