She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jane Turbiak (Kaczor). She is survived by: her father James Turbiak; her brothers, Eric Turbiak (Cari), Robert Turbiak (Jessica) and Justin Turbiak; her nieces, Avery Turbiak and Samantha Shay; and her nephew Carson Turbiak. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
