She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sye and Bertha Marie Harrison (Wilder); her son Tony Carr; and her brothers, Wayne, Devon and Kern Harrison.
She is survived by: her husband Kendall B. Carr; her sons, Glenn Carr (Colleen T.) of Romulus, MI and Mark Carr (Martha) of Taylor, MI; her daughter-in-law Colleen E. Carr of Westland, MI; her grandchildren, Nikki Place (Lyle) of New Boston, MI, Matthew Carr (Mikayla) of Livonia, MI, Jonathan Carr (Tarhata) of Romulus, MI, Robert, David Smith, Joseph Carr (Dottie) of Taylor, MI, Amber Carr of Belleville, MI, Christopher McQuiston of Romulus, MI and Emily "Boo" Carr of Westland, MI; and her fifth Boston Bull Terrier Sassy. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
