She was predeceased by: her parents, William West and Mary Lou West (Thornton); her husband Reed Bolick; and her brother Ricki West. She is survived by: her sons, James Bolick (Kelly Dally) and Joseph Bolick; her grandson Andrew Bolick; her sister Debra Waugh; her sister-in-law Linda Swope; and her friend Denise Griffith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
