She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlie Smith and Bessie Smith; her former husband Terrence; her brother Kevin; and her stepmother Lota Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her children, Amanda Cudnik (Larry Henderson), Eric Cudnik (Kaytie Castano) and Matthew Totten; her siblings, Dave (Mariam), Doug (Janet), Kerry (Suzie) and Linda (Jim); and her grandchildren, Braylond, Dahlia, Jaida, Marissa, Aiden and Trevon.
Donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
