She is survived by: her husband George Zahornacky; her children, George Zahornacky, Jackie Zahornacky and Lori Zahornacky; her brother James Garland (Anna); her grandchildren, Brandon Zahornacky, George Zahornacky, Brittany Zahornacky, Ashley Zahornacky, Shanna Zahornacky, Clarissa Zahornacky, Kenzie Zahornacky and Brent Zahornacky; and her great grandchild Elle Hollis.
