James Yates Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 92, James Yates of Romulus, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Yates; his grandson Nathan Macintyre; his siblings, Betty West, Dorris Hansel and Richard Yates; and his grandparents, Charles and Minerva Sebring.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Deyo (David), Nancy Helmuth (Larry), Jill Slavinsky (Eric) and Patricia Dage (John); his grandchildren, James Lollar (Heather), Justin Macintyre, Blake Macintyre, Amanda Slavinksy, Sarah Cummins (Trevor), Caitlyn Emery (Shaun) and Benjamin Dage (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Karris Lollar, Adeline Lollar, Everly Lollar, Clara Dage, Eden Emery and Sawyer Dage.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse.
