He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Noblett and Mary Noblett (Ingals); his wife Patricia "Pat" Noblett; his daughters, Kimberly Howey (Kenneth) and Krista Soter (Steve); his siblings, Micki Shirey, Maryann Maceyunas and Albert Noblett (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Blake McIntosh, Chelsey Howey and Summer Collins; his great grandchild Daniel Howey; and his grandson Charlie Howey.
