He was predeceased by: his father Robert Powell; his brother Timothy Powell; and his nephew Robbie Powell. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Powell; his mother Lynn Powell; his siblings, Lor Platt, Shawn Morris (Jason) and Tonya Simmons; and his nieces and nephews, Leah, Gage, Lacie, Ethan, Ian, Samantha, Dylan, Ashton, Lexi and Avery.
