He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Michalek and Caroline Michalek; and his brother Ronald Michalek. He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Michalek (Patricia) and Anna McCart (Louis McDermott); and his nieces and nephews, Raymond Michalek (Tina), Timothy Michalek (Dawn), Jennifer Stoutjesdyk (Greg), Lyndsey Sebok (Andy) and Kara Jantzen (Tony McComb).
