Lora Geneva Jones Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025, at the age of 85, Lora Geneva Jones of Romeo, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lora Geneva Jones to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Audra Green (Hailey) and Hubert Green; her husband Robert Jones; and her brother Jerry Green. She is survived by: her children, Julie Edwards (Ron) of Hennco, VA, Rebecca Bailey (Lance) of Petoskey, MI and Brian Jones of Petoskey, MI; her grandchildren, Kaleigh Melby (Edwards), Jessica Beaverson (Edwards), Katherine Anderson (Edwards), Jillian Edwards, Joelle Edwards, Faith Bailey, Alison Bailey, Luke Bailey, Sarah Bailey, Megan Jones, Lauren Morris (Jones) and Nathan Jones; and her great grandchildren, Ellianna Tosto and Owen Melby.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Petoskey Church of Christ (308 Monroe St, Petoskey, MI 49770). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, Lora requested people to send donations to the Schultz-Lewis Children's Home at PO Box 471 Valparaiso, Indiana 46348.
