Jeanette C. LePage Obituary

Jeanette C. LePage, age 88, a 49 year resident of Romeo and Washington Township, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Vista Springs, in Washington Township. Jeanette was born March 8, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Stanley and Mary (Wais) Grochowski. Jeanette married Lawrence LePage on September 16, 1961 at Ascension Catholic Church in Warren. Lawrence preceded her in death in 2015. Jeanette worked as a banker, then as a travel agent for 20 years. She enjoyed going to the casino, traveling, reading, playing cards, going to church; she also loved to shop and loved the water.

Jeanette is survived by her children Timothy (Wanda) LePage of Romeo, Lori (Randy) Newsom of Allenton, Jeffrey (Wendy) LePage of Armada, Jennifer (Chris) Kucharski of Almont, grandchildren Chelsea LePage, Breanna LePage, Larry Newsom, Joel Newsom, Cody Newsom, Alicia LePage, Jonathan LePage, Robert Melly, Dillon Melly, Nicholas Kucharski, and Monica Kucharski, 9 great-grandchildren, Lilli Newsom, Layla Newsom, Lainey Newsom, Ayva Newsom, Chase Newsom, Ben Newsom, Levi Newsom, Rhys LePage, and Theo Lange, sister Arlene and brother Alfred. Jeanette is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence in 2015, son Kenneth, in 2013, grandchildren Brent Newsom in 2016, and Michael LePage in 2022, and siblings Ann, Lorraine, and Joseph.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 10:00 AM, instate at 9:30 AM, at St. John and Paul Catholic Church (7777 28 Mile Rd, Washington, MI 48094).
