He was predeceased by: his parent Elden Barry Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Candace Garrigues; his daughters, Destiny Bradford of Frederick, Samantha E. Phillips of Romeo and Jacqueline Phillips of Romeo; his granddaughter Eira; and his siblings, Lorri DuBay of Washington, Clara Elswick of Warren and Russell Phillips of Sterling Heights.
