He is survived by: his wife Rachel Huerta; his children, Pamela Materazzi (Bruce), David Jr. (Cathy), Nathan, Adam (Dawn) and Aaron; his grandchildren, Jesse (Marissa) of David Jordan, Shelby (Chris), Raquel "Rocky" (Joe), Zoe, Joshua (Katie), Alyssa, Carli, Adam, Luke, Jenna, Bryan and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Caleb, Francesco and Maurizio.
