He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Cushingberry; his grandparents, Hershel Raye and Minnie Cushingberry; and also, Herman and Della Bell.

He is survived by: his father Clyde Cushingberry Sr. of Romeo; his sister Tonya Evette Cushingberry of Romeo; and his nephew Jordan Cushingberry of Romeo. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
