Leonard, Jr. of Farmington Hills and Patricia Ann Fons (Paul) of Allenton, MI.; her grandchildren, Carol Ann Fons and Paul Fons (Summer); her great grandchildren, Jonathan and Colt; her siblings, Joan, Jack Tiefenbrunn (Carol), Jim Tiefenbrunn, Rose Kreienheder (Gary), Rita Cochran and Terry Meyer (Bill); and her former husband John Medaugh.
