Elroy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bade and Mildred Bade (Schroeder); his wife Valerie Faye McLennan; his daughter Debra Horn; and his siblings, Melvin Bade and Arlene Kowalewsky.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Kamyszek (Dennis) of Rogers City, Leigh Chojnacki (Pat) of Gaylord and Brian Bade (Tammy) of Hawks; his grandchildren, Brandon Chojnacki (Kaitlyn), Travis Chojnacki (Robin), Caleb Bade (Mallory), Kelly Karsten (Kenny), Lindsay Truran (Mike) and Brittany Bade; his great grandchildren, Josh Karsten, Kiah Truran and Ellie Chojnacki; his brothers, Duane Bade and Durward Bade; and his son-in-law Mark Horn.
