With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip R. Worthy of Rodney, Michigan, born in Ionia, Michigan, who passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Worthy and Janice Worthy (Thomas); his wife Lenita Potter; and his siblings, Don Worthy, Barbara Jehnzen and Phyllis Grove.

He is survived by: his children, Tammi Maxfield (Bill) of Hersey and Troy Worthy (Sharon) of Rodney; and his brother Jack Worthy (Jody) of Gladwin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Philip's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
