He is survived by: his wife Claudia Maxon; his children, Renee Tolhurst (Ed) and Paul Miller (Chelsea) of Rodney; and his grandchildren, Melissa Ottobre (Mark Morningstar), Rachel Ottobre, Kylie Miller, Carleigh Thompson, Alison Miller, Carter Skinner and Ivan Miller. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; beloved sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; several nieces, nephews and close friends.
