He is survived by: his mother Jean Swarthout (Burleson); his children, Amanda Glover (Chris) of Rockford and Brad Swarthout (Samantha) of Rodney; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Abigail, Callie, Mason Glover, Brenden, Jace, Breeah and River Swarthout; and his siblings, Theresa Vander Lugt of Wyoming, Gary Swarthout (Dwayne Jackson) of Virginia and Nancy McReynolds of Rodney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
