Foley; his sisters, Betty Foley of Lexington, KY, Patricia Foley Barrette (Mike) of Louisville, KY, Kathy Herder (Mark) of Van Nuys, CA and Rebecca S. Foley of Lexington, KY; his siblings-in-law, Roger Frazee (Lori) and Sally Prominski (Kenny); his aunt Anne Foley of Lexington, KY; his nieces and nephews, Katie Barrette, Natalie Dunn, Nat Herder, Will Herder, Joe Barrette, Nick Frazee and Dan Frazee; and his close friends, Ruth and Bill Dunn.
