He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Brinkman, Sr. and Ruth E. Brinkman (Lewis). He is survived by: his children, Brenda Riva (Jesse), Beverly Rogers (Andrew), Brian Brinkman (Melinda) and Barry Brinkman (Ann); his great grandchildren, Brenda and Jesse Riva; his grandchildren, Jasmine Swartz and Jesse Riva II (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Melanie, Noah, Delaney, Levi, Eden, Asher, Beverly and Andrew Rogers; his grandchildren, Dan, Alicia, Megan, Brian, Melinda Brinkman, Samantha, Tabetha Kooistra (Kendall) and Angelica; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Ian, Shania, Kaci, Maggy, Barry and Ann Brinkman; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Haley and William.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Messiah Lutheran Church or the Michigan Veterans' Home Charitable Support Fund (MVHGR).
