We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2021, at the age of 60, Teresa Ann Kukla of Rockford, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Teresa Ann Kukla to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kukla and Mary Elizabeth (Wade); her stepfather Richard Hoekstra; and her brother Ric Kukla. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Smith (Jason), Autum Muste and Dezirae Muste; her grandchildren, Blake, Arianna, Marabella, Ruger, Annika, Chloe, Jordell, Omari and Amelia; and her siblings, Roxanne Bouck (Chris), Kandy Kukla and Harry Kukla (Joan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Kukla family suggests memorial donations be given to the family to help with expenses.
