It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Ellen Fahlen of Rockford, Michigan, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dignan and Rosemary Dignan; and her siblings, Jean and Kenneth Dignan (Joni). She is survived by: her husband Jim Fahlen; her children, Jaclyn Wagner (Alex), Arne Fahlen (Barbie), Jimmy Fahlen (Megan) and Stefan Fahlen (Lauren); her grandchildren, Jonas, Lukas, Kayla, Elias, Eliana, Annika, Emalyn, Atalie and Lucia; and her siblings, Stephen Dignan (Sue), Raymond Dignan (Susan), Donald Dignan (Wendy), Julie Richert (Ed), Leo Dignan (Kittrick) and Martin Dignan (Sue).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pederson Funeral Home (127 N Monroe St, Rockford, MI 49341). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Evangelical Covenant Church (1933 Tremont Blvd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the radio station 91.3 WCSG, 3181 Bradford NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525, an organization that was close to Rosemary's heart and reflected her deep commitment to spreading the message of God's love.
