He was predeceased by: his former wife Gail; his parents, Nelson and Elberta; and his stepmother Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, John (Patti) and Robyn; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brenden, Aleah and Gavin; and his siblings, Sue Irvine and Bruce Warber (Donna).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Madison Square Sportsman Club.
