He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Walter (Jake); his grandson Joel TerKeurst (Andrea); his mother Karen TerKeurst; and his sisters, Bev Broersma (John), Sharon Porritt (Don) and Amy Schmitt (Jeff). He is also survived by two children, and Kari (TK) Klein and two children.
