With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Herman Hanson of Rockford, Michigan, born in Comstock Park, Michigan, who passed away on February 23, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie; his daughters, Heather Kaminski (Mike), Sarah Bethel (Dan), Elly Cruz (Alex) and Katie Maki (Chris); his grandchildren, Levi, Malachi, Benji, Clara, Susie and Arlo; his brother David Hanson (Karen); his niece Cara Decker (Jeff); his nephew Philip Hanson (Shannon); and his great-niece Ruth Decker.
