He is survived by: his children, Ralph Fluger (Julie Ann), Julie Fluger and Valrie Welch (Aaron); his grandchildren, Heather Pegues-Polega (Qwentell), Steven Polega (Alyssa), Ryan Polega, Reece Welch and Carson Welch; his great grandchildren, Peyton Pegues, Paxton Pegues, Eli Polega and Amiala Polega; his brother Bill Fluger; and his pet Polly.
