She is survived by: her husband Michael Green; her mother Betty Ellis (Garland); her daughters, Kim Smith (Dan) and Nichole Koppendrayer (Mark); her stepdaughters, Julie Keenan (John), Michelle Leatherwood (Mike), Jennifer Green and Becky Carlson (Aaron); her grandchildren, Samantha Foster, Andrew Smith, Ben Smith, Mia Koppendrayer and Nora Koppendrayer; her sisters, Teresa Howes and Sherry Fiel; and her nieces and nephews, Damon Ellison (Elissa), Kelly Howes and Will Howes. She is also survived by her 10 step-grandchildren.
