Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Meko of Rockford, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 86, on June 8, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewandowski and Mae Lewandowski; her sister Dolly Lewandowski; and her former husband Joseph Adam Meko. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Meko (Jennifer) and Matthew Meko (Eric); her grandchildren, Brian, Kari and Alyssa Meko; her sister-in-law Dolores Burke (Emile); and her fiancé Joe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
