The passing of MaryJo Verburg of Rockford, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 75. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Datema and Thressa Datema (Vander Schie); her husband Robert Verburg; and her daughter Anne Wolfe. She is survived by: her children, Jebb Verburg (Kristen), Katie R Michell (David) and Allyssa Sue Shanahan (Tim); her son-in-law Perry Wolfe; her grandchildren, Marjorie Wolfe, Laurel Wolfe, Holly Wolfe, Evan Verburg, Sena Verburg, Ella Verburg, Ava Verburg, Jack Michell, Sophia Michell, Mya Shanahan and Will Shanahan; and her brother David Datema (Elaine).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pederson Funeral Home (127 N Monroe St, Rockford, MI 49341). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
