She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Buell and Bertha Buell; her husband Robert Perry Smith; her siblings, Ruth Bergstrom and Royce Buell; her granddaughter Wendy Jones; and her nephew Dr. Terry Bergstrom.
She is survived by: her children, Brooks Ann Filonow (Mark McIntosh), Donna Jeanne Dozeman (Dale), Cameron Jay Melvoin, Ginny "" Anderson (Jeff) of Virginia and Gregory Douglas Smith (Pam); her grandchildren, Ginny Mikita (Bob Kruse), Tim Mikita (Rachael), Mandy Scott (Jed), Michael Melvoin, Kenneth Berg (Sunny), Shane Anderson (Micky), Brett Anderson (Keni), Trevor Anderson (Janelle), Devon Castora (Andrew), Alyssa Twyman (Jeff) and Kelsey Quinn (Spencer); and her friend Bill.
