She is survived by: her husband Matthew Phillips; her siblings, Terri Kerhoef (Moeller), Kevin Moeller and Karen Dedert (Moeller); her siblings-in-law, Mary Beth Pitt (Phillips), Christina Moeller, Dave Verhoef, Richard Dedert and John Pitt; and her nieces and nephews, Hunter, Taylor, Parker Lorenz, Conner, Kyle Dedert, Brittany, Lexie and Nicholas Moeller.
