She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hazard and Marian Hazard; her children, Dennis and Gayle; her son-in-law Francis Cloutier; and her brothers, Forrest, Jack and George Hazard.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son Michael (Kathleen) of Rockford; her grandchildren, Ben Cherry of Columbus Ohio, Thomas Bosscher of Kentwood and Colleen Softsky (Brandon); her great grandchild Katetlyn Softsky of Johnstown, Ohio.; and her sister-in-law Myrtle Cook of Waterloo, Neb. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
