He is survived by: his mother Lois Hazewinkel; his wife Candace Hazewinkel; his children, John Hazewinkel (Jean Laxton) and Julie Cronkright (Tom); his stepchildren, Matthew Clelland (Jill) and Amanda Tieman (Larry Elyea); his grandchildren, Brady, Brooks Cronkright, Alyssa, Ashlee Clelland, Jet, Mckae, Milo Tieman and Aeyle Elyea; his siblings, Sue Edgerly (Terry), Rick Hazewinkel (Ellen) and Ted Tafelski; his brothers-in-law, Ric Heft (Jojo), Gary Heft (Sue), Tadd Heft (Kirstin) and Herb Heft (Cathy); and his friends, Steve Saagman and Kevin Povenz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
