She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard West. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Tubergen (Wayne), Debra Chapman, Wayne West (Diane) and Douglas West (Laurie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
