He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Koetje and Alberta Koetje; and his brother Jack Koetje. He is survived by: his wife Alyce Koetje (Burmania); his sister Marcia Groendyke; and his children, Jerry Koetje, Jr., Kandra Greene (Frank) and Tammie Boughton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy may make a memorial contribution to Faith Bible Church.
