He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice. He is survived by: his children, Carol Donker, Beth (Rich Moll), Jim (Sandy VanderMoere), Cherie (Ed McIntyre) and John VanderMoere. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
