He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Ardith Portwood; and his aunt Vicky Pierman. He is survived by: his parents, Roger A. Williams and Gaylynn Williams (Jenezon); his sons, Noah Williams and Steven Williams; and his siblings, Daniel A. Williams (Sandra LaFave) and Tammy Bond (Robert Jr). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends and classmates.
