With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James H. Myers of Rockford, Michigan, who passed away on July 7, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Alice; his sisters, Betty Blakeslee, Myrtle Slater, Joyce Malinowski, Arlene Canfield and Wanetta Slater; his grandchildren, Caitlin DeGroot and Sean DeGroot; and his brother-in-law Steve Lipski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Myers (Lipski); his daughters, Shelley Fry (Matthew) and Carrie Roelofs (Rob); his stepsons, Shayne Slanger (Amy), Justin Slanger (Breanne) and Brandon Slanger; his grandchildren, Nicole, Brandon, Samantha, Jayden, Brysen, Sidney, Kaia, Kenley, Karsyn and Krew; his great grandchild Raelyn; his sister Patricia Miller (Terry); and his parents-in-law, Bette Lipski, Georgia Kaywood, Suzie Wright, Richard Lipski (Kathryn), Betsy Klocko (Stan), Jackie Lipski, David Lipski, Joe Lipski (Theresa) and Connie Holbroek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
