He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Nick, Jen Holtvluwer, Nate, Brooke Holtvluwer, Emily and Ben Mathew; his grandchildren, Hudson, Elaina, Luke, Ava, Chase, Knox, Zeke and Elliott; and his sisters, Nancy and Luanne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
