He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Terry Cunningham (Laura), Pat Cunningham, Mike Cunningham (Krys), Colleen McKeller (Bill), Maureen, Tom Cunningham (Connie) and Dan Cunningham (Lynn); and his sister-in-law Vivienne Spray VanderBaan.
